Sisakti Aah is the life story of Abrish, who lives with her father and attends college. She falls in love with Salman, her cousin and the brother of her sister-in-law’s brother. Salman sends a marriage proposal for Abrish, which is accepted. However, he later asks her to meet him at a hotel. When she agrees, he forces himself on her and leaves her traumatized, abandoning her on the road and telling her to go home.
Shattered and in shock, Abrish has an accident and wakes up in the hospital. Upon returning home, she learns that her father has passed away from a heart attack, believing she had run away with someone. When she confides in her sister-in-law about Salman’s actions, she is not believed and is instead blamed for bringing shame to the family. Abrish is asked to leave the house as the family decides to move away to escape the disgrace.
Desperate, Abrish contacts Salman, but he tells her he cannot help her because his mother will not allow him to marry her. With nowhere to go, she is taken by someone to a place where women are forced into prostitution. Refusing to sell her body, Abrish becomes a dancer to survive. Her life takes a turn when Shahwaiz, a young politician from a respected family, enters her life.
Shahwaiz, who became an MNA after succeeding his grandfather, is determined to make a positive difference in society. He is unlike other politicians and dreams of helping people. Shahwaiz has been seeing a girl in his dreams and is captivated when he finally sees Abrish, now known as Mehak, at a dance party. Falling in love with her, he sends his friend to approach her. He continues to dream about her and is deeply drawn to her.
