“Marm-e-Kaizan” is the story of Kaizan Kazmi, a feared gangster and underworld leader in Misar. One day, he wrongly assumes that a man named Faisal is a spy sent by secret agencies as an informant. Kaizan captures and tortures Faisal, and record his video while torturing him and send it to a contact he believes is Faisal’s boss. In reality, Faisal is just an ordinary man who came to Misar for work to support his sister, Maram. When she saw the video he get scared and sells all her gold to pay off the dealer who smuggled Faisal into Misar.
Determined to save her brother, Maram travels to Misar. When Kaizan meets her, he unexpectedly falls in love with her. Eventually, Kaizan and Maram marry and fall in love with one another. Inspired by Maram, Kaizan starts working with the police to take down criminal operations and catch other criminals. After their marriage, Kaizan decides to leave his criminal life behind and step away from the underworld for good.
