The novel Dostt-e-Daram follows a powerful feudal family, the Shahs, who are involved in politics and assist the Pakistani army’s secret service and intelligence department in dismantling a terrorist organization to protect Pakistan. She wanted to marry Daram since they lived in the same house, but after he married Noor, her cousin Aarish, who had always loved her, proposed to her. Sana eventually agrees to marry Aarish, and over time, she starts to care for him too.
